NAr vi kommer frem til skranken, og sier vAre navn, sA tar resepsjonisten bryet med A heve blikket, fAr hun ser pA skjermen for A finne oss; Velkommmen til oss, sier hun med eit stort smil! Vi hadde skrevet mail noen uker i forveien og bedt  om et nyoppusset rom med utsikt; dette hadde vi fAtt; og hvilket rom!!! Utrolig flott utsikt, rett mot Oslo RAdhus, rommet lyst og trivelig. Dagen derpA trengte jeg A fA kopiert opp noe til et bursdagsselskap; ingen problem! De gjorde et unntak fra regelen og lot meg lAne kopimaskin uten ekstra kostnader. Hyggelige og imAtekommende! Frokosten hadde alt den skulle ha og litt til! Eit hotell verdig. Mellom 10 og 11 i helga er det ganske fullstappet, men det ble man gjort oppmerksom pA; sA om man ikke Ansket kA for A fAr bord, var det bare A komme litt fAr. Plasseringa var genial for en hotell-weekend! Trikk rett utenfor hotellet, T-banen 5 min unna. Og dei fleste serverdigheter i gAavstand. Veldig, veldig fornAyd!"
